The Locations
Diamond Lounge Parking
Street parking is available on the roads surrounding the venue. The following nearby roads offer on-street spaces:
- The Broadway, W13 the main road directly outside the venue; check bay restrictions and pay-and-display signage.
- Singapore Road, W13 residential street running parallel, short walk from the venue.
- Northfield Avenue, W13 running south from The Broadway, typically with available street parking.
- Dane Road, W13 quiet residential road within a few minutes' walk.
- Gordon Road, W13 further residential parking a short stroll away.
⚠ Please check all signage carefully for parking restrictions, permit zones and time limits before leaving your vehicle.
The Decorium Parking
Parking is available at The Mall West Car Park on Level 5, accessed via Caxton Road, N22 6TB. Parking is available until midnight on the event day. Pedestrian access for car collection is on the High Road, N22 6YQ, opposite Argos.
📋 Licence Plate Registration
Guests parking at The Mall West Car Park are required to enter their licence plate details on the tablet provided in the Foyer at The Decorium.
🕛 Collect Your Car on Time
We advise all guests to collect their cars before the midnight deadline to avoid extra charges. Please allow ample time to return to the car park before closing.
The Decorium offers 100 parking spaces until midnight on the date of the function. Once these spaces are occupied, parking will be subject to the tariff specified by the car park. Please ensure payment is made 30 minutes before retrieving your car.

Please be seated by 1:50pm. Ushers will be on hand to guide you to your seats at Diamond Lounge.
2:00 pm
Nikkah Ceremony
The Nikkah ceremony will take place, followed by photographs and celebrations with family and friends.
After Ceremony
Refreshments & Celebrations
Enjoy light refreshments and time with loved ones to celebrate the union of Guled and Ilwad.

Order of the Wedding Reception
6:30 pm
Guests Arrive Ladies Only
Ladies are warmly welcomed to arrive first and settle in. Weddings are the perfect excuse to reconnect with old friends and family you have not seen in a while take the time to catch up, embrace and enjoy each other's company.
7:00 pm
Arrival Drinks & Canapés Ladies Only
Enjoy a warm welcome with drinks and seasonal canapés to start the evening.
After 7:00 pm
Buran Bur & Cultural Celebrations Ladies Only
A beautiful and joyful ladies-only session featuring Buran Bur and other cherished cultural celebrations in honour of the bride.
9:00 pm
Men & All Guests Arrive
The celebration opens to all guests. A wonderful opportunity to reconnect with friends and family and share in the joy of the evening together.
9:30 pm
Wedding Dinner
A sit-down dinner served in the main hall, followed by heartfelt speeches and toasts to Guled and Ilwad.

Live music, photo booth and dance floor open all evening. Enjoy every moment.

Last Dance & Farewell
Carriages at midnight. Please ensure you collect your car from the car park before closing. It has been an honour to celebrate with you.

Live Music
The Willow String Quartet performs during the ceremony. The Midnight Collective takes the stage from 7:30pm for the evening.
Vintage Photo Booth
A fully-propped vintage photo booth in the library from 6pm. Prints are yours to keep as a memento of the day.
Garden Games
Weddings are the perfect excuse to reconnect with old friends and family members you have not seen in a while. Take a moment to catch up, laugh and enjoy each other's company.

Guled and Ilwad are inviting you into one of the most intimate and sacred moments of their lives. The Wedding Reception will be a phone-free event. They ask, with love, that you honour that and be fully present with them.
Unplugged Reception
The Wedding Reception at The Decorium will be a phone-free event. All guests will be asked to place their phones away upon arrival. A designated area will be provided. Please note this applies to the reception only and not the Nikkah.
A professional photographer and videographer will be capturing every moment beautifully. You will have access to all these memories, so trust them to do their job.
Be Here, Fully
At the Wedding Reception, there is something truly irreplaceable about looking up and being present — seeing the joy on the faces around you, feeling the emotion of the moment, and being part of something real rather than observing it through a screen.
This is not content. This is a wedding. Guled and Ilwad have chosen to share it with you — please honour that by experiencing it with them, not recording it for others.

We kindly ask that no photos or videos from this event are shared on social media not during, and not after. The couple values their privacy deeply and has chosen to share this day with a close circle of loved ones.
